The time for accommodation and sauna is booked by the gift certificate recipient in advance of arrival.

Our gift cards are purchased as electronic gift cards that are sent either via email or SMS. These terms and conditions apply to all our gift cards.
Our digital gift cards are sent as an email to the sender (PDF attachment) and an SMS with a link to the recipient. This way you can choose to both give a physical gift (PDF) and send it digitally, which is easier for the recipient to use. You can choose to send the gift card immediately or at a later time.
Everyone who receives a digital gift card will receive an SMS with a number code and QR code, along with a personal greeting, which will be used as proof. The recipient shows the received QR code or number code at the point of use.
The sender can add personal greetings and use their own photos and videos. The sender of the gift card receives an email confirmation of the order. The gift card can be used multiple times, the balance is updated continuously.
Physical gift cards are purchased at the hotels; there the customer is given a physical card.
Digital gift cards can be used at Preikestolen BaseCamp
Gift cards can be purchased on our websites and at Preikestolen BaseCamp, at the mountain lodge. According to the law, the maximum amount for electronic gift cards is 10,000 NOK. Unless otherwise stated, our gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and cannot be extended. Unused gift cards are not refundable. The gift card can be used at our locations by showing the QR/BAR code. The gift card can be used on the goods and services specified on the gift card and at those of our locations listed on the gift card.
If you use part of the amount on the gift card, the remaining amount will remain and can be used later. If you lose or have your gift card stolen, any misuse of the gift card will not be replaced. However, you can retrieve the electronic gift card again by contacting us.
If you are a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing gift cards on the website. The right of withdrawal means that you can cancel the purchase of the gift card without giving any reason. If the right of withdrawal is approved, the purchase of the gift card will be refunded. The right of withdrawal must be exercised within 14 days of the date the gift card was purchased and used gift cards cannot be canceled. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, and purchases of gift cards cannot be changed.
